CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Payment is required in advance in order to secure the booking slot. Any cancellation made by the client less than 72 hours before the session will result in a loss of the deposit. Please note that we cannot refund sessions that have already taken place.
IN THE SESSION
All our engineers have years working in the recording industry and are able to fulfil any requirement you might have, from recording to full song production.
All recorded material will be backed up and stored on our systems at no extra charge for 6 months after your session. After this period, we might remove it and will not be responsible for any damage or loss to your data.
Any audio editing, exports stems and mixing will not be charged if done within the booked time slot. However, if you need more time additional hourly rate (£75) will apply.
Unless agreed otherwise, the engineer will only be able to give/send you audio exports of the session once all payments are settled. Audio exports made at the end of the session will represent your material in that stage of production. Please note that any additional mixing or sound improvement will require an additional booking.
All bookings have to be made and confirmed via email info(at)berwickstreetstudios.co.uk.
Regular recording session includes following services:
Recording (vocals, all instruments apart from drums) provided and directed by the client.
- Editing and exporting of the recorded material within the booked time.
If you need any additional services (playing an instrument, backing vocals or lead vocals) please arrange this through our booking office as we need to book you with the engineer that can provide it.
Music Production per session includes the following:
- Recording
- Recording of any instruments played by the producer
- Recording backing vocals by one of the team
- Music programming
- Mixing within the session allotted time.
For all projects the appropriate credit should be described as follows: recorded/produced by ‘the producer’s name’ at Berwick Street Studios.
When appropriate, other than production, the instruments played by the producer will be credited separately as well.
